Is Sajel free?
Yes. Recording credit, orders, invoices and expenses is free. Customers never need to pay or install anything to open your links.
Does my customer need the app?
No. They receive a text message with a link that opens in any browser. If they already use Sajel, the update appears in their in-app inbox instead.
Which currencies are supported?
All ISO currencies, including SAR, AED, KWD, EGP, JOD, MAD, USD, EUR and GBP. Each order or invoice can use its own currency.
Can I use it without internet?
Yes. Sajel stores your data on your phone first and syncs with the cloud when you reconnect, so nothing is lost.
Who can see my customers and balances?
Only you. A customer can only see the specific order or invoice you share with them, through a private, unguessable link.
Can I stop messages to a customer?
Yes. You choose per order whether to notify the customer, and customers can turn off SMS updates from the tracking page at any time.
